Sarah M. Devaney

Sarah M. Devaney focuses her practice on beverage alcohol and hospitality law, advising clients including hotels, restaurants, bars and entertainment and sports venues, on local and state licensing and regulatory compliance, license applications, corporate guidance, sponsorships and business acquisitions and sales. She brings a wealth of experience advising on litigation matters, managing discovery disputes, drafting motions and negotiating settlements.

Prior to joining CLG, Sarah worked on the litigation team at a global media and entertainment company, where she advised on litigation matters including employment disputes, breach of contract claims, intellectual property issues, as well as prepared for and participated in mediations and arbitrations.
