Jennifer R. Niesen to Discuss 21st Amendment Litigation Update in ABDI’s Leadership Education Series

Jennifer R. Niesen will join Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois Vice President Christopher Coleman to share updates on 21st Amendment litigation and the most recent legislative session for the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois’ (ABDI) Leadership Education Series on Wednesday, July 15, at 8 am CT.

During the session, Jennifer will walk members through recent developments in 21st Amendment litigation, an area that has seen active movement in the courts around direct-to-consumer shipping and the boundaries of state authority under the three-tier system, and what these developments mean for distributors. Chris will recap the most recent legislative session and its impact on the industry.
