Jennifer R. Niesen and Charles B. Talbot Named to 2026 Illinois Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers

Jennifer represents suppliers, distributors and retailers in the beverage alcohol and hospitality industry advising on complex transactional and regulatory matters involving production, distribution and importation agreements; federal, state and local licensing matters and application issues; commercial leasing; partnership disputes and trademarks.

Charles concentrates his practice on advising clients with transactional matters, regulatory compliance and trade practice counseling. He is experienced in negotiating and drafting agreements relating to the distribution of beverages and food service, asset and stock purchases, escrow, business transitions, indemnification, assignments, releases and settlements of disputes.
