Jennifer Niesen Elevated to Partner at Christopoulos Law Group
Christopoulos Law Group is pleased to announce the elevation of Jennifer Niesen to Partner.
Jennifer graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2013 and joined CLG in 2017 as an Associate. Since joining with the firm, Jennifer’s practice has been dedicated to representing clients across all tiers of the beverage alcohol and hospitality industry, advising suppliers, distributors and retailers with the utmost attention to detail in complex transactional and regulatory matters.

Jennifer focuses her practice on advising clients in the beverage alcohol and hospitality industry on multistate licensing and regulatory compliance, with particular experience in Illinois state and local licensing, including City of Chicago matters. Her transactional experience includes drafting distribution, importation, and management agreements, counseling clients on alcohol regulatory policy and legislation, and protecting client trademarks. She also assists clients with licensing-related disputes and transactions involving the acquisition and sale of businesses and real estate.
Jennifer is a 2024 recipient of the “Women Behind the Wine — Fuel Your Dreams” scholarship through the Women of the Vine & Spirits Foundation, recognizing her commitment to excellence in beverage and hospitality law and providing funding for continuing professional education.
In the legal community, she frequently shares beverage alcohol and hospitality insights before the Illinois Restaurant Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Women of the Vine & Spirits Foundation, National Alcohol Beverage Control Association and other organizations.
