Dimitrios G. Christopoulos will explore the regulatory considerations surrounding giving and selling non-alcoholic beverage equipment on behalf of the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois (ABDI) on Wednesday, February 11, at 8 am CT. During the session, Dimitri will discuss how these transactions are treated under applicable alcohol laws, including common compliance pitfalls and practical guidance for distributors handling equipment arrangements in the beverage alcohol industry.
