Dimitrios G. Christopoulos to Continue FTC v. Southern Glazer’s Analysis with Guest Counsel; Covering Impact on Pricing, Quantity Discounts and Rebates in ABDI’s Leadership Education Series
Dimitrios G. Christopoulos and Brian McCalmon return to conclude their discussion of FTC v. Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in part two of their series for the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois’ (ABDI) Leadership Education Series on Wednesday, April 15, at 8 am CT.
Building on last month’s exploration of the interplay between FTC regulations and quantity discounts and rebates, Dimitri and Brian will go further into how the enforcement of the Robinson-Patman Act governs price discounts and rebate programs, taking a closer look at the antitrust compliance considerations, pricing decisions and regulatory risk that distributors and suppliers face when structuring these arrangements under the federal antitrust framework.
