Charles B. Talbot Elevated to Senior Associate at Christopoulos Law Group

Christopoulos Law Group is pleased to announce the elevation of Charles B. Talbot to Senior Associate.

Charles earned his J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2014, and joined CLG as an Associate in 2022. He has focused his practice on advising clients across the beverage alcohol and hospitality industry with transactional matters, regulatory compliance and trade practice counseling.

“Charles has become an invaluable member of our team in his time as an Associate,” CLG’s Principal and Partner Dimitrios G. Christopoulos said. “This elevation recognizes his hard work and dedication to serving clients. We are excited to see Charles continue to grow his knowledge and leverage his deep experience in beverage alcohol and hospitality law matters to provide clients with nuanced counsel.”

Charles regularly assists clients in negotiating and drafting agreements relating to the distribution of beverages and food service, asset and stock purchases, escrow, management through the transition of a business, indemnification, assignments, releases and settlements of disputes. He also guides clients through the full life cycle of business acquisitions and dispositions.

In recognition of his work in business and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and technology transactions, Charles has been named an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2025.
